Ordering is simple and easy. You can order 24/7 on our website at www.nollahaircare.com or by calling us at 1.516.625.2933 Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Payment Methods

All payments are processed through PayPal Secured Payments Gateway.

Tracking Your Order

Immediately after your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation to your email address. When your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the UPS website to trace your order.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days depending on product availability. Business days are Tuesday, Saturday, excluding major holidays. Orders received on Saturday are usually processed by the end of Tuesday and orders received on Sunday are usually processed by the end of Wednesday.

Expedited Orders

All expedited orders (2nd Day or Overnight) must be placed by 12 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST) to be processed on the same business day. If placed after this time, your order will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Method

We use UPS and USPS to deliver packages within the United States and your standard ground shipment should arrive approximately 2-8 business days.

We cannot ship to PO Box addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO Addresses and US Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands).

Hazardous Materials

Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray) are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations. For these shipments, UPS Standard Ground shipping will be used.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge applicable sales tax for shipments in New York State. State and local taxes are based on the subtotal after any shipping and handling charges.

Return Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund,

Please note we do not refund original shipping charges and any cost incurred in returning products is the responsibility of the customer.
